CHAIR
The UK Cities Commission for Climate Investment (3Ci) is a partnership between Connected Places Catapult, Core Cities, London Councils and a wide range of other private and public organisations.
3Ci adopts a novel approach to addressing the challenge of financing Net Zero in major cities across the UK. Through new research delivered by the 3Ci, we estimate that approximately £200 - £300 billion must be invested to achieve Net Zero across London and UK Core Cities. This is beyond the financing capacity of the public sector alone. 3Ci brings together the investment sector with cities to accelerate the opportunities for private finance to play a leading role in accelerating Net Zero infrastructure investment across commercial real-estate, housing, transport, renewable electricity generation, waste management and other green infrastructure

TfL is London's integrated transport authority. It has responsibility for multiple rail networks including the London Underground and Docklands Light Railway, as well as London's buses, taxis, principal road routes, cycling provision, trams, and river services.
Greg Clark is a Board Member of Transport for London, and a member of its Finance and Elizabeth Line Committees.
CHAIR OF TFL LAND & PROPERTY COMMITTEE
Places for London is a wholly owned, and independently funded subsidiary of Transport for London.
It is targeting the creation of 20,000 new homes with ambitious 50% affordable targets over the next 10 years. The developments aim to improve the London transport network, increasing accessibility and promoting diversity across London. Places for London also works hard to reduce inequality in London, be that through building more affordable homes, by helping to develop new neighbourhoods, or through the extensive construction skills training programme. It is committed to creating a greener, kinder and more connected capital.

NLA brings together 400 organisations (public and private) from across the build environment in London. In 20024 NLA launched the New London Agenda. Greg Clark is a Senior Advisor and frequently hosts events and writes articles about London’s future and the New London Agenda.

Cities have long been and will remain the fundamental engines of human progress. Today, 55% of humanity lives in cities, a number projected to grow to 60% by 2030. Just 600 cities fuel more than 65% of global economic growth, while 100 of them account for roughly 40%.
After two years of lockdowns, the Cities Council is focused on evaluating, tracking, and spurring a dynamic recovery from Covid in cities of the New Economy. Toward that end, the Council has launched the Dynamic Cities Framework, a guide for evaluating, tracking, and advancing the progress of New Economy cities as sustainable, vibrant, responsive hubs for talent and innovation. In 2022, the Cities Council is working to turn the Dynamic Cities Framework into an index, a set of metrics Cities can focus on to attract talent and enhance the lives of citizens.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
Greg Clark is a former Honorary Professor at UCL STEaPP, a current Visiting Professor at the University of Strathclyde, an honorary global fellow at the Urban Land Institute and a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and until recently, a global fellow at the Brookings Institution. He has also authored six books for the OECD.
Greg Clark collaborates with the Centre for Liveable Cities in Singapore to plan and moderate the Annual World Cities Summit and the World Mayors Forum. He also chairs international advisory boards for Cities that are reformulating their strategies, positioning, and assets.

The Action for Race Equality is a national charity based in London working to champion national and local action to reduce racial inequalities for ethnic minority young people.
